Garmin has cornered the market with this one.

If you have been looking for the most accurate, most reliable wrist-mounted performance and tracking tool you have come to the end of your search. The Garmin Forerunner 305 is quite simply at the top of the heap of monitors. Is it really that good? It’s better. In fact, it is almost impossible to believe that this much capability and power can be strapped to your wrist. This model includes heart rate monitoring and can be attached to a wireless bicycle speed and cadence sensor. Amazing.

If you have used any other device for your workout sessions, you know that they were a bit bulky, awkward and uncomfortable. The Forerunner 305 is a radical step in the other direction. First of all, the unit itself is lightweight and curved for the maximum in comfort. It is not much larger or heavier than a typical sports watch but has a large display so you can keep track of your progress and monitoring functions easily while running. The resolution is extremely clear, much more so than on earlier-generation monitors. As an added, unseen, benefit the curvature of the unit not only adds to the comfort of the wearer but also keeps the unit pointed up for maximum satellite exposure, which (so I’m told) aids in the extreme accuracy of the unit.

One thing that most athletes will appreciate is the easy-to-use button layout. The right side is for menu selection and enter buttons while the left side houses a mode button as well as the power and backlight button. The buttons also have a very tactile feel, so you can “feel” the operation, very nice if you are in the middle of your activity and want to switch or monitor functions.

The Garmin Forerunner 305 fits very nicely and securely into its cradle, which doubles as a charging cradle as well as a data interface cradle, kind of like a docking station. The computer interface is via a USB connection which allows the unit to charge from your personal computer as well as from any AC outlet.

Using the Garmin Training Center software on your personal computer lets you upload data to your PC to keep track of your progress. The amount of data which is available is astounding and includes heart rate, lap heart rate, average heart rate, calories burned, distance traveled, elevation, grade, headings etc. A cadence monitor, purchased separately, lets you track bike performance data.

All of this data can be put onto your PC so your can easily graph your progress and outline your goals.

Get yours today by clicking here. http://www.forerunner305.org

If you’re browsing for information on the inch loss body wrap technique you’ve come to the right place. In this article we’re going to discuss how you can use body wraps to immediately lose those key inches and look good in time for your upcoming event. By the conclusion of this piece you should have a respectable understanding of lose inches body wraps.

Body wraps have been known as an useful way to detoxify, beautify and purge your body for thousands of years. Some even say the Ancient Egyptians used them to keep youthful skin and bodies despite the scorched environment of Egypt. They first made their appearance in America in the 1960′s and got their first real press in the 1970′s on the “Phil Donahue Show” where he demonstrated the miraculous weight loss effects after a 1 hour wrap. The past two decades have really brought about more exposure to body wraps featuring them in salon only settings where you can go to detoxify and rejuvenate your skin. The main trouble with the beauty salon body wraps is the exorbitant rate which can go upwards of $150 and more per treatment.

It’s now more feasible than ever to use at home body wrap solutions to assist you and save money, embarrassment, and time by doing it yourself at home. There are two main types of body wraps including inch loss body wraps, and weight loss body wraps. Inch loss body wraps help you shed inches by getting rid of water and toxins built up in your body from the food you eat. Weight loss body wraps work in a related way but are meant more as a means to detoxify instead of shed water weight.

Inch loss body wraps are a cool way to drop a size or two quickly and straightforwardly. They can take anywhere from 1-2 hours to do and can cost from $10-$20 to do at home. If you’re looking to get ready for a wedding ceremony, a party, or even just a relaxed hang out with old friends using an inch loss body wrap can help you look your best.

I recently released my latest e-book “The Complete Home Body Wrap Guide”. This unique guide provides recipes and formulas for creating and enjoying Herbal Body Wraps in the comfort of ones own home. The recent economic climate may prevent many from enjoying a Body Wrap at a salon or spa. Now, they are able to pamper themselves without spending a fortune.

When I received my first Herbal Body Wrap at a health spa, I was absolutely thrilled and delighted with the results. Inches disappeared from flabby areas, sagging skin was tightened and rejuvenated and I felt wonderful. Jeans actually fit again, and that was after only one visit. I immediately decided that I needed more wraps. The only trouble with the whole process was the cost: over $100 per Body Wrap treatment. I decided that there simply had to be a better way. Through a lot of trial and error, I found out that I could have a phenomenal Body Wrap at home for under $20.

I immediately went home and began researching all of the popular body wraps and their ingredients. I purchased most of the popular ingredients and began combining them and trying the Body Wraps that resulted. After trying various combinations and experiencing the many benefits I was so excited so I continued experimenting and making new and different formulas. The final product of all of this experimentation is my latest e-book entitled ” The Complete Home Body Wrap Guide”.

My new e-book provides the reader with many of my favorite recipes as well as the methods for formulating the perfect Herbal Body Wrap for virtually any body and skin condition. Face it, most of us that are new to body wraps are primarily looking for inch loss. I know that was definitely my main focus when I received my first body wrap. In my e-book the first full recipe details one of my favorite combinations of ingredients for inch loss. Inch loss, as I understand it, is achieved by ridding the body of toxins, many of which are trapped in the cellulite areas of our bodies. Most users of herbal body wraps have seen the skin tone and tighten in cellulite areas and are very happy with the results.

I believe that the next popular consideration for most of us is skin tone and tightening. This was very important to me, especially with the loose, flabby skin on my upper arms. So, I developed a recipe that works especially well on my skin and body. This is the second recipe in my e-book.

In my opinion, the very best part of the whole e-book is not the exact recipes I used to obtain great results but the formulas and ingredients that the reader may combine to achieve the perfect formula for their bodies and skin. A customized formulation such as these is not even available in most spas or beauty salons where a Herbal Body Wrap may be administered. In the spas where customization is available the fees can often run many hundreds of dollars for a single wrap. This is the most important factor in my e-book, giving the user results that are simply not attainable for the average person.

I also enjoy being able to stay home and enjoy Body Wraps. For many, this is a prime factor in whether or not they will participate in getting a body wrap. Lets face it, many of us are self-conscious about our bodies and so feel somewhat uneasy disrobing in front of a spa attendant. Performing a Body Wrap at home alleviates those fears and allows us to just relax and enjoy pampering ourselves. In fact, because the price of a do-it-yourself Herbal Body Wrap is so inexpensive compared to a spa, one can enjoy them more often.

Many of those who enjoy Body Wrapping also enjoy them with friends. Due to the questions I received about this, I wrote an additional e-book called “Body Wrap Party Planning Made Easy” which I give away as an additional bonus with my e-book ” The Complete Home Body Wrap Guide”.
